The Candle Lighters, established in 1974, is made up of dedicated parents, staff and friends who are committed to raising money for non-funded programs, like Stepping Stones Early Intervention program, which are sponsored by The Arc of Essex County. These programs would not operate without the privately raised funds of The Candle Lighters. Their mission is to assist in the growth and well-being of children with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Only through our combined efforts can we ensure a brighter future for these children and their families. Once the collection has sold out, $2500 total will have been donated by CDL thanks to founder Amy Grissom.
